Calmed down a little...

Have had a nights sleep and the excitment has calmed down a little..... the weigh - in results:
Starting weight 81kg
Last night's weight: 70.7kg
Total loss of 10.3kg (in 10 weeks)
WWGW is 71kg
so, I am now in my ideal BMI - yeah -

Maintenance has started but I still have a PGW of 68 - so will be working towards that...
