Not all bad... my weight was 71.2 - so at 500gram gain.. but (here come the excuses....) towards the end of TTOM, I feel very fluidy and I had a HUGE weekend of food... so really I am pleased it wasn't much more!!
So really, I am maintaining well. Warracknabeal WW bubby lost a whopping 2kg at got her 10% star!! Well done Janita!!
So, my committment for the week is to again stop the BLT's (Bites, licks and taste!)
We talked about nuts and wholemeal/grains bread - so I came home via the supermarket and brought both. I am afraid that we are a White bread family here!!! Time for change!

It's hard swapping to multigrain with kids. My son used to hate it and I never saw the point of getting both types of bread. So instead we'd just fight every time we went to the supermarket.
I love the soy and linseed bread although it's a bit too temptingly yummy.
Well done on maintaining. I love grain bread now. Seems to be so much more satisfying. I do have to still buy white bread for DH though. I can't convert him on that but had a win the other night with no-fat Italian dressing. I ran out of his fat dressing and he didn't know the difference when I gave him no fat! Saves buying 2 bottles now.

Never mind about the gain, keep going and it will disappear soon enough.
I prefer multigrain to white now - I hated it as a child though. Funny how your tastes mature! I liked wholemeal though as a kid, so maybe that's worth a try.

Good idea to start the toning exercises and if they work on your Mummy Tummy I definitely want a heads up. Mine has been staring at me all week :)

I still buy 2 types of bread - hubby will use mine - only if he runs out, but the kids will not touch it..lol
