What a week....

7 days gone.. just like that.. so sorry for the lack of posts, but have been still here!!

As you know, we headed away for the weekend to Paringa. Jack then went on to a bucks night in Clare. Huge night for Jack and they had a 'lady' ** term used very loosely** visitor during the night to entertain the boys.. all in all a great night for him.

The kids and I stayed with Jack's folks and they had a ball. My in-laws lives right on the Murray, never a dull sight looking out onto the river and the kids love it. Little Hugh fell from a chair on Saturday night and we had to take him to the Renmark hospital (like stepping into the dark ages.. very old hospital, but lovely people) just to make sure he was ok. The poor little bugger split between his eyebrows and now is sporting two black eyes.

This week has been blah... no other word could describe how I have been feeling. Ever since I had my tubes tied for the second time, I have been suffering very badly from PMT... like really bad. I always am a little cranky leading up to TTOM but I have been really out of control. I went and saw a natropath today and she has me on a brew to set things straight again. She said that my hormones would be in a real muddle.. Considering that I conceived again before they removed the tube.. so it is just a mess. So three months on this brew and if I have three good cycles again, things will be fine.

So exercise this week has been EXCELLENT.. I did my challenge and did my 60000 steps so yeah... Finished my challenge.. Come on shoes!!! I did a heap of walking in Paringa. Walked each morning and I mean huge walks with Hugh in the pusher.. Was fantastic to walk somewhere different.

shhhh.. I have a secret.. but you mustn't tell anyone... I am a WW meeting tart. Yep. I cheated on my leader and went to a meeting in Horsham today. he he he .. .It was great.. new faces... new ideas... really good and enjoyable meeting. I felt I could also contribute.. as i was a new face I was asked about my journey and they all gave me a little clap. **slight head swell** The only reason I went to a Horsham meeting was because I was in town today and it saved me a trip into town tonight. I have also been secretly wanting to go to another meeting... just to see how other leaders ru their meetings. Ros is great (My Warracknabeal leader) but sometimes it is nice for a change..

Lost that 200 grams this week so sitting on 64.7 kgs.

We are heading to Melbourne this weekend to see the Wiggles live in concert. We have 2nd row tickets (note to self - - pack tickets) on Sunday morning. So heading down sometime Saturday and will stay with my brother then head home again Sunday. Kids don't really understand. I think they are expecting a huge TV screen or something. They will be blown away!

Take care all..

TFTD: If it going to be it's up to me
TIAGF: Natropath - fixings life's little problems with out undue medication!!

I hope Hugh is better by now. It's very worrying when they hurt themselves. Have a great time at the Wiggles. We have to watch the "Hot Potatoes Live" DVD on repeat all weekend so I know all the words too!

Welcome back Kirsty! Glad you and your family had a great time away - hope little Hugh is feeling better. Keep us informed on how things go with your naturopath brew, that's sounds really interesting. Wow - you're probably at the Wiggles as I type this! I'm sure the kids will be loving it! Have a great week darl and keep up with the excellent routine - your 200g loss was well deserved :)

Great news about your exercise girl and LOL at the tart comment ;-) I get curious too and it's amazing how different meetings can be. I hope you female issues get sorted out. Don't you wish men had to deal with this stuff too! Hope the little ones love the Wiggles :-)

I LOVED Clare! we stopped there for lunch on our epic journey from qld to vic!! I thought I could live there and grow grapes and drink wine until I die... hmmmmm Oh poor hugh! I hope the nurses were nice to you... did they use the glue to hold the split together?? Well done with all the walking... and by the way, have you ever heard of flax seed oil for PMT? (and a multitude of other conditions) my sister swears by it, and the literature I have read is incredible. You can get it from health food stores etc.

Love est x

Hope the Wiggles was all that you dreamed of. LOL.

Congrats on your loss. You are amazing and I had to laugh at your 'cheating' on your ww'er meeting. Too funny.

Hope Jack has recovered from his black eyes. Oh poor little thing.

Have a great weekend :D
