week 3 of Challenge....

Weigh in last night revealed a loss of 700 grams - I did do a lot of walking this week as I knew that I ate lots of yummy fat-filled foods over the weekend at Robe... so very happy not to report a gain. I am beginning to feel a lot more toned... must be the challenge!!! So Week 3 challenge is...
  • Walk 55,000 steps for the week
  • 3 x times exercise video
  • Grand stand stairs 15 mins and....
  • somethig extra.. maybe Tennis or swimming Not sure yet.. but in Horsham one of the Gyms has child care between 9.30 and 10.30 during their classes....so thinking about going to Horsham one day and wacking the kids in there for a Gym class. I haven't been to gym since I moved from Horsham nearly 10 year ago--- I think it will shake the system a little if I do go. But I read about all of you girls that do go to the gym and it sounds like you do enjoy it...
And I am going to drink my Water bottle twice a day... and still not tracking..(week 2 of weaning..)
So there you have it... week 3 plan... Meetings have settled back down again.. some weeks you can't get a set and other, like last night there was only about 20 there. I often wonder why some people chose not to come... did they have a bad week... busy.. or even thrown in the towel. And then youh have the ones that come once and never resurface.... not ever sure why. Not ready to lose weight yet maybe? All seems to hard?? I have to be honest, my first week of WW I was overwelmed... couldn't get my head around everything... but now it is crystal clear.
Jack has stock take today and tomorrow so the kids and I are going to have a very quite weekend. I have just woken from a little snooze (only about 15 minutes...) so still a little dazy...
I am selling a heap of my sisters clotheson ebay at the moment... she is a 'season' dresser and shanges her cothes from season to season (she is smaller then me....) so she sells her clolthes that are almost new to fund this seasons warerobe.... she is in love with a knited Jacket at witchery - go and have a look - I don't mind it at all.... mightn't sell that one when the time come... it might just fit me!
Hope all have a great weekend and gets some rest!!

Fantastic loss! Keep up the great work and I like that you'll soon be able to keep a few of your sister's clothes for yourself :-)

That's a great loss after your last weekend! It's great that you have worked out a plan for the coming week, helps so much to stay on track. I like that Witchery jacket and those bow ballet shoes on the same page are just soooo cute!

Hae a fab weekend Kirsty :)

Your challenge is really bearing fruit - keep at it, you sound wonderful!

LMAO at the pics of your road!! It's much of a muchness going out of Dad's driveway too, although his road looks nothing like yours. I love the Aussie country, so varied.

Shame you won't be able to make the Blogger's Tea. The Wiggles are loaded, surely they can just play a private gig for your kids at another time?? Still, even a change of date could cause a mutiny in your household and I wouldn't want you to risk it. My boy's dad works in Horsham during the week and I need to get him to do something for me there (sorry for being vague), so you never know, we may just be able to meet up in your neck of sunburnt country.

Hi there - wanted to mail you but don't have an e-mail address. It's nothing hugely exciting but TIAGF = Today I Am Grateful For.
M once posted the stats for people who kept journals and who specifically stated things they were grateful for - the stats were very interesting to say the least and so I started finding one thing each day to be grateful for.
Cheers for now and have a great week !

Hi Kirsty. I am glad you asked that question of Linda, and that Linda put her answer here because it reminded me that indeed the stats of people who put one thing they were grateful for in a journal every day were much more likely to lose weight, get to goal, and keep the weight off. It's been a while since I have done it and I think I need to add this back in.

Hope you are having a great day :D
