** Weigh in Results - gain of 100 grams (i had tea before I went in!!) so I am maintaining well!! Very happy !!
The weeks just seem to get shorter and shorter..... Weigh in tonight and I will edit once I have been with my result. I have done my challenge for the week and will set this weeks challenge once I have been and weighed. I really feel that I have the eating under control... like it is a habit now not to eat crap... Following our NZ Emily with her 20 sugar points a week and I done the same - well allowed myself that many and I think I have only had about 11. I just need to continue with the exercise and making sure I am in control.... sounds just so bloody easy!!!!** he he he**
The challenge was done.. with ease I would like to say! So it will be a little harder this week!
I made Tomato sauce yesterday.. My sister, who has just moved to Melbourne and is home for a couple of weeks before uni starts came up with her boyfriend and my mum came to yabby in the dam... so a FULL on day yesterday. I am proud to report that the sauce is beautiful and will keep us going for a while. Laura and Hugh love home made sauce, so I can't imagine it lasting as long as last year! A lot of work, making sauce, relish is just so much easier and taste just as good, but still made it and will most likely make it again next year!
We are heading to Robe (SA coast) this weekend. Friends of ours are there for 2 weeks at a B & B, so we booked into the same B & B with the kids for a night. Hopefully the weather is hot so the kids can get down to the beach. Looking forward to getting the kids buggered on the beach in the arvo... then early to bed for them and then we can all sit down and enjoy a nice meal and a couple of drinks....
The wonderful Pumpkin Patch catalogue arrived today (thank you NZ for that - and ezibuy for that matter!) so my nearly 4 year old has been pouring through the pages picking out what she want - how cute - speaking of Emilie... funny story mum just told me from yestesday..
- Mum and the girls where up on my bed watching a DVD in the afternoon while the sauce was cooking and Emilie put her finger in Granny's mouth - Mum pretended to eat her finger with all of the sound effects, "Yum, MMMM, " etc... then little Emilie pipes up with "Granny, do you want some more of my boggers (SP?)" and started to pick her nose again!! Nice hey!
Anyway.. better go and fold the ironing and put tha baby down for another little nap!
Will be back later with weigh in results - good - bad or ugly!!
WEEK 2 CHALLENGE
Walk 53000 steps
3 lots of resistence exercise (ie WW DVD with Fit Strip)
Drink Water bottle 1.5 times daily
15 minutes of grand stand climbing at some stage during the week (Steps)

It's so good to hear that people still make their own tomato sauce instead of buying the rubbish off the shelf.
Have a great time away - take care !

Well done on maintaining and I love that you give yourself a challenge each week. It's a good way to get motivated :-) A few of you have made me realise I need to set myself a challenge too. I've been drifting. Have a great weekend!

Well done on your maintenance. That is fantastic, and with your plan for this week you should have another excellent weigh in result.
Hope you are having a great weekend :D
Hey there! Have a great time in Robe, I remember going 4WD there when I was a kid. Actually, my sister and her family go there and stay at the caravan park for 2 weeks every year over january - they love it.
Home made tomato sauce eh? Yum, must get onto Mum about that one - so do you share your recipies or what???
Thanks for the info about the job - its probably a little far away for me, but I really appreciate the thought! Actually there has been a lot of oncology jobs around at the moment... I just wish we could make our minds up about where we want to be!! Have a fab week and congrats on the weight maintainence, your doing a fantastic job.

Morning! your comment cracked me up, because Mum and I have jsut come home from picking raspberries from a berry farm, and we tried his home brew raspberry wine... so this means that i was drinking wine before 930am... A first for me... Now today I shall be making raspberry jam. You should have seen this farm, a vineyard/raspberries/lavender/olive trees - it was incredible. Would love to set up something like that one day!!
Now the eating is much better, I feel great again, I think it takes about a week or so to make a come back!
Have a great day now wont you!
