You probably are retaining a shit load of fluid because you have a bit of a head cold. I'm not making excuses for you sweets but when you are sick like that your water intake goes down and the body holds on to fluid in case you run out. And everything is inflamed and weighs more!! Not a scientific fact but sounds good huh??
You couldn't have said it better. Don't stress about a little weight. You'll be fine and once you get the book in the mail you will be very inspired. It has helped me heaps!
Geez wouldn't it give you the shits! You're looking great - and this person may not have been making a comment based on observation - it might have been a rumour started down the pub!! But if not think of it this way - it means that the rest of you is so slim that a tiny bit of bloating is noticable - whereas when you were overweight it would never have been noticed. Z xx

I agree with what all the others said, this has happened to me too, but I was twice the size of little tiny you! I would have told her to get well and truly rooted aswell.

That has happened to me three times, and I was heartbroken, even though I wasn't skinny, it was a tactless thing to say.
