We've been makin' hay...

You have to say my heading with a country twang... while chewing a piece of grass....

Just a quick post with some photos of what has been going on here! Jack and his dad have been busy making hay (HUGE bales between 600 - 800kg each) and stacking hay!

The kids sitting on the back of the old truck we used to stack the hay...
Sitting in the shade of the hay stack, Pardie (Jack's Dad) and the kids
Jack with his 2IC.. hugh loves driving the tractor
Pardie.. a little puffed! He is flying home in the morning.. for a break!
The final stack!
Have been flat out! Will be back with more soon... and Jules.. I had to laugh at the McLeod's daughter comment! It is as flat as a pancake here! Not a hill in site.. or a horse for that matter!!! Much prettier at "Drovers run"!

OMG... when I was a kid, we used to play in the hay on my grandad's farm, making castles out of hay bales and all that kind of thing. Your post has really taken me back (I can almost feel the scratches on the legs).
